MARRIAGE FEVER:
"This psychological fever happens mostly to ladies but it has been known to infect guys too.
It is the great desire to marry for one reason or the other that makes them disregard necessary safeguards or processes in other to reach that goal quickly.
This phenomenon often makes the victim to see marriage as the ceremony and not the institution which the ceremony celebrates.
Many ladies due to the trick of their biological clock have been known to dive headlong into the “marriage race” because they do not wish to “lose”.
The marriage ceremony is just that - a ceremony. Marriage doesn’t occur when the officiator declare it to have occurred.
It is a bonding that happens long before the state and people are invited to celebrate / mark it.
Emphasis on the ceremony has left many bewildered as there are no special feelings that differentiate a single existence and a married one."

I noticed that some single folks tend to feel pressured when they see a young married couple or see their friends getting married.
Don't be like that!
Marriage is taking on double trouble! Yes it is! I probably will not be married if I did not meet my wife (the only person in the whole world who is worth taking on any kind of trouble).
Listen, don't be pressured into marriage. No matter how I or people around you talk about it, don't be cajoled into rushing into it. You need to find the right person first. Without the right individual marriage will be hell for you. In fact, if you marry the wrong person you are at a high security risk! While some people are blessed and find favour after marriage some others are cursed and find destruction after marriage.
You see! The focus is not on the state of being marriage! It is not an achievement! The focus is in finding the one person who you'll share the rest of your life with. The one person that is worth it. Marriage ceremony is just a celebration of the event of that discovery. Don't let societal pressures push you to acts you will regret for the rest of your life.
